Your parcel will be despatched within 1 working day unless otherwise stated.

All prices are inclusive of VAT. 

Should you prefer to make additional arrangements with your parcel, please contact our team directly prior to placing your order.

We may be unable to administer any changes or refunds to the shipping options once production has started.

*Royal Mail Confirmed Delivery 24® is a service which aims to deliver within 1-2 working days.

**Royal Mail Confirmed Delivery 48®  aim to deliver within 2-3 working days.

Whilst Royal Mail remains our reliable carrier of choice, there may be circumstances which impact their ability to deliver which results in delayed delivery. We kindly request our customers allow up to 5 working days on top of the maximum delivery time before stating your parcel as lost. 

We are committed to supplying the very best customer service and will ensure each case is reviewed and brought to a satisfactory resolution. 

 


International Delivery Policy

The majority of products available to purchase via our website are exportable. 

Please be aware your country may charge import duty over which we have no control. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

Additionally, please note that when ordering from Attach A Tag you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

International delivery fees will depend on your location and purchase cost. Delivery fees will be worked out at checkout or on enquiry.


Return Policy

At Attach A Tag we endeavour to produce high-quality goods alongside top-class customer service. If a product is found to be faulty, damaged or the text is misprinted you must report and return this to us within 21 days. We will happily replace the original order and promptly ship this to you. We are unable to offer changes to the name on the original order.

We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any personalised* items should they be found fit for purpose.

Should the situation require photographic evidence for us to fully investigate an issue we reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds should this evidence not be provided on request. 

Replacements and refunds are only provided by the team at the discretion of the management team. Staff are unable to offer any such promises. 

Please contact the team via e-mail with your query and include your order reference and pictures where applicable. We will promptly advise on the best corrective action. 

No returns or refunds will be processed immediately via phone, but we promise swift action to any mail sent to us.

 

*Please note that we print the tags with the text exactly as it is entered by you, the customer. We therefore recommend that you enter and proofread these details carefully. We cannot be responsible for re-printing an order which has been submitted incorrectly.


Not received or incorrect orders

All orders are despatched the next working day. Therefore, if you do not receive your order within the correct time frame this should be reported to us within 21 days of the despatch date. We will endeavour to track/trace the parcel for you. We will remake and resend items that have proven to be lost in transit.

If you notice an error with your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by Attach A Tag should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the order. We will remake and resend the correct order as quickly as possible.

Any situation which has exceeded the aforementioned notice period will be dealt with on a case by case basis. The team at Attach A Tag are here to ensure you are satisfied with your product and will help where possible. It is however the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure reasonable cause for the delay and provide evidence and support to the team on request.

Attach A Tag are not at liberty to replace, credit or reship products past this notice period.


Changing your order

Any amendments or additions to an order must be made on the same day the order is placed. If we are unavailable, please ensure you e-mail [email protected] without delay.

We are unfortunately unable to offer changes or cancellations on orders posted to us. Please contact the team to discuss any extenuating circumstances.

Postcode Exclusions

Our UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Parcels being sent to the following postcode groups are excluded from Royal Mail's services and may incur an additional cost.

GY, HS, IM, JE, KW15-17, PA49, PA60-PA75, PA78, PH30, PH41-PH44, ZE2-ZE3 postcodes
