The majority of products available to purchase via our website are exportable.
Please be aware your country may charge import duty over which we have no control. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, please note that when ordering from Attach a Tag you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
International delivery fees will depend on your location and purchase cost. Delivery fees will be worked out when you checkout
At Attach A Tag we endeavour to produce high quality goods alongside top class customer service. If however a product is found to be faulty, damaged or the text is misprinted you must report and return this to us within 21 days. We will happily replace the original order you placed and promptly ship this to you. We are unable to offer changes to the name on the original order.
We regret that we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any personalised items, or for the dislike of your colour choice. Every order we process is done on a custom basis.
Please contact the team via e-mail with your query and include your order number and pictures if applicable. We will then advise on the best corrective action.
*Please be advised that we print the tags with the text exactly as it is entered by you, the customer. We therefore recommend that you enter and proof read these details carefully. We will not be responsible for re-printing an order you have entered or sent incorrectly.
All orders are despatched next working day. Therefore, any orders not received should be reported to us within 21 days of the despatch date. We will endeavour to track/trace the parcel for you. We will remake and resend items that have been lost in transit.
If you notice an error with your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by Attach A Tag should be reported within 21 days of receipt of the order. We will remake and resend the correct order as quickly as possible.

Any situation which has exceeded the aforementioned notice period will be dealt with on a case by case basis. The team at Attach A Tag are here to ensure you are satisfied with your product and will help where possible. It is however the responsibility of you, the customer, to ensure reasonable cause for the delay and provide evidence and support to the team on request.
Attach A Tag are not at liberty to replace, credit or reship products past this notice period.
Any amendments or additions to an order must be made on the same day the order is placed. If we are unavailable, please ensure you e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org without delay.
We are unfortunately unable to offer changes or cancellations on orders posted to us. Please contact the team to discuss any extenuating circumstances.
Our UK parcels are sent via Royal Mail unless otherwise stated. Parcels being sent to the following postcode groups are excluded from Royal Mail's services and may incur additional cost.
