Achieve greater visibility on your business's laundered items

Spas, hotels and leisure facilities deal with an array of linens to wash on a daily basis. It’s often found that outsourcing the laundry service will ensure a professional service is given while also reducing labour costs.

Managers may also be conscious that managing linens efficiently will dramatically increase the life of towels and linens.

As a result, it’s important to manage laundry effectively with a cohesive and easy to follow system that staff can quickly identify and understand.

We offer a simple solution which provides clear and bespoke labelling

The downside with using a 3rd party is knowing that other companies will likely be commissioning the company to wash their linens and with white towels and white sheets from multiple locations converging in a 3rd parties wash facility, managers will want to ensure each item is sent and received back without the chance of being lost or misallocated.

Attach A Tag offers a simple solution which provides a clear and bespoke way of labelling linens and towels. By utilising a distinctive brand icon, company name, number or even a scannable QR or barcode, we can produce a solution to labelling every single item in the wash cycle.

By utilising a simple icon, you can be sure that the items you receive back are the same as the ones you’ve bought. It’s not ideal to receive sub-par white towels when you’re offering a high-quality service or room.

Sequential numbering and scannable QR codes

Additionally, we offer a wider range of services to complement any internal management systems. We have the capability to add sequential numbers or scannable qr codes which will help account for each individual item. This is a great benefit for those looking to monitor the life span of each individual unit to ensure towels remain at the very best standard.

If you wish to know more about how our tags can give your facility greater visibility on it’s laundered items please feel free to contact us.

From the 11-15th June, the cycle relay will trickle down from Edinburgh then onto Manchester heading to the East Midlands, down into Newport and finishing in London on the 15th June for a route through from Reading.
