VAT

VAT is charged on all products delivered within the UK at the standard rate.

International customers will be charged according to the rates determined by the criteria of their delivery. 

Customers ordering from overseas but delivering within the UK will still be charged VAT at the standard rate.

We kindly request our UK customers who are able to claim VAT back do so through their own methods. We are unable to accommodate these reductions.

Errors Or Orders Not Received

If you notice an error in your order, please report it to us immediately. Any errors made by the customer, will be the customers responsibility.

Any errors made by Attach a Tag must be reported to us within 21 days of receipt of the order so that we can remake and reship the order.

Any Orders NOT received must be reported to us within 21 days after the projected received date. If you do not notify us within the 21 days, to report an error made by our company or an order that was never received, Attach A Tag will not be responsible to remake, reship, or issue credit for the original order. There are no exceptions to this policy.

Changing Your Order

Once an order is placed via phone, mail, fax or web, we are unable to change or cancel that order. Since it is impossible to predict when an order that has been posted to us will arrive, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations to ANY orders posted to us.

Please always double check your orders, especially ones you mail, as you will still be charged even if you have made an error. We will not issue any credits or remakes under any circumstances for any errors the customer makes on an order.

Returns Policy

We regret that we do not accept refunds or exchanges on any personalised items, or for the dislike of your color choice. Every order we process is done on a custom basis. Since we print exactly what you send us, we strongly suggest you carefully PROOF READ your order. We will not be responsible for re-printing an order you have entered or sent incorrectly.

At Attach A Tag we endeavour to produce high quality goods however if a product is found to be faulty, damaged or the text misprinted you must report and return this within 21 days. We will happily replace the EXACT order you placed and promptly ship to you. You do not have the option to alter wording, colour choice etc.

Privacy Policy 

Your privacy is important to us. We only use the information we collect about you carefully, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. 

Information we hold:

If you have shopped with us we will hold your name, address, telephone number, email address. We will also hold the delivery address(es) for your orders. We also maintain a record of your product selections. The use of credit card details are provided at your own discretion by phone, post or e-mail. We do not accept the responsibility for the illegal procurement of these details. 

We will only hold your credit card details for the period of time it takes to process your order which will be no longer than close of business on the day that you have ordered. All credit card details are destroyed once the order has been processed. We do not hold credit card details for orders taken via our website, you will be directed to a secure site such as Sage Pay for processing of your payment. 

If you have requested a catalogue, we hold your name, address, telephone number, email address.

Information we use:

We use the information we hold on your records for operational purposes; for example processing your order, dealing with queries, tracking deliveries, reviewing past purchases. Your order history enables us to tailor our product range and marketing information (e.g. promotions and special offers) to your requirements. 

All the information we hold is used to improve your customer experience. 

We also use the information to keep you up to date with Attach A Tag products; mailing new catalogues and sending emails as appropriate. 

We do not make your information available to any other companies
