VAT

VAT is charged on all products delivered within the UK at the standard rate. International customers will be charged according to the rates determined by the criteria of their delivery. Customers ordering from overseas but delivering within the UK will still be charged VAT at the standard rate.

We kindly request our UK customers who are able to claim VAT back do so through their own methods. We are unable to accommodate these reductions. You can find more information on claiming the VAT back from the .gov website HERE

Discounts and Coupons

All discounts & coupon codes offered are done so at the discretion of Attach A Tag.

The conditions below apply to all codes unless otherwise stated. Any exception will be visible alongside the code and will only apply to the code present. 

All discounts are applied to the value of the order excluding delivery and VAT.

Only one discount code can be applied to each order. 

Vouchers and codes must be redeemed at the time of ordering. 

 


Errors Or Orders Not Received

Over the years we have shipped millions of personalised name tags and have developed a very reliable system to process orders. But on the rare occasion, there may be an error which needs to be resolved.

It's very easy to report a problem and once you do the issue will be quickly resolved. Each instance is managed on a case by case basis and as a customer-first company, we always resolve the problem in a fair and sustainable way. 

All errors must be reported to us within 21 days of receipt of the order with the order reference quoted. 

Spelling errors made by the customer which have been produced and shipped will be the customer's responsibility. 

Any orders NOT received must be reported to us within 21 days after the projected received date. 


Changing Your Order

If you'd like to change or update an order which has already been placed, we would ask you to contact us on the same day the order was made. Changes must be confirmed over the phone or via e-mail to [email protected] 

We understand that on occasion situations arise outside of the customer's control which may render our tags redundant. In these instances, we request that you call our team for a suitable course of action.
